  • MLC Centre (25 Martin Place), Sydney: Facilitated the sale of this iconic asset for approximately $1.5 billion across two strategic tranches.

  • Cbus Portfolio, Melbourne: Managed the successful divestment of the portfolio for $1.04 billion.
