Ursula Hunt has over 20 years’ industry experience at numerous Australian property institutions. Ursula has a successful track record implementing and managing over $7 billion of complex property acquisitions and disposals across various jurisdictions.

Ursula has project managed the largest retail acquisition in Australian history being circa $2.1 billion for the acquisition of units in the trust that holds Macquarie Shopping Centre

and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, the sale of one third indirect interest in 50 Bridge Street for $900 million, the sale of 1 Eucalyptus Place, Eastern Creek for $131 million for a record-breaking yield and the sale of 2 Glendenning Road, Glendenning for $181 million.

Ursula commenced her career as a property lawyer, working as in-house legal counsel with Stockland and Lendlease.
